Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the REZAIS AI platform operated by Rezais Holding GmbH, Südermarkt 24397, Flensburg, Germany. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Services
REZAIS AI provides AI-powered tools including chat, voice, vision, image and video generation and business assistance. Features may vary by subscription plan (User, Pro, Business).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Credits and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are allocated per plan and reset according to your plan cycle. Unused credits do not carry over unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to attempt to bypass limits or security measures, or to resell access without written permission.
6. AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and does not constitute professional advice. You retain the rights to your input; you receive a broad usage right to the output generated for you, subject to applicable law.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for AI-generated content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction is Flensburg, where permitted.
