2. Data we collect
We process account data (email address, display name), usage data (conversations, generated content, credit balance) and technical data (IP address, browser type) required to operate the platform securely.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide the REZAIS AI platform, manage your account and credits, prevent abuse and improve our services (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
4. AI processing
Prompts and uploaded files are transmitted to AI model providers solely to generate the requested output. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.
5. Storage and deletion
Your conversations and projects are stored until you delete them or close your account. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time via privacy@rezais.com or contact@rezais.com.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies for authentication and security. No advertising trackers are used.
